Feinman & Childs Family Law continues the legacy of the firm formerly known as Vetrano | Vetrano & Feinman, LLC. Attorneys Sarinia M. Feinman and Lindsay H. Childs were both partners at the firm, where they honed their legal skills and professional judgment as family law practitioners under the mentorship of founding partner Kate Vetrano.
In 2025, following Kate Vetrano’s retirement, Sarinia and Lindsay assumed leadership of the practice and continued its exclusive focus on family law cases, maintaining a commitment to helping families navigate divorce and related matters in an amicable and family-centric manner when possible, while remaining prepared to litigate when needed.
We understand that family law matters involve more than legal issues alone. Divorce, custody, and support disputes can affect a family’s emotional well-being, financial stability, and long-term relationships. Our approach is grounded in respect, preparation, and practical problem-solving.
When cases can be resolved through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, collaborative law, or other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods, we pursue solutions designed to reduce conflict and move matters forward efficiently. When disputes cannot be resolved outside of court, we are experienced and effective litigators, prepared to advocate decisively for our clients. We feel it’s important for our clients to know that whatever direction the case takes, whether we need a four-way meeting or a 4-day trial, their attorney will be with and representing their best interests every step of the way.
